Product Summary

The AD578SD is a high speed 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter that include internal clock, reference, and comparator. Its hybrid dasign utilizess MSI digital and linear ICs in conjunction with a 12-bit monolithic, monotonic DAC to provide superior performance and versatility with IC size, price, and reliability. The AD578SD includes scaling resistors that provide analog input signal ranges of ±10V, and 0 to +10V. It is contained in 32-pin ceramic side-brazed DIP package, and is available with MIL-STD-883 class B processing.
